Attuned therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationships, and self-doubt.
If you move through life appearing composed while holding quiet overwhelm, I offer a grounded space to understand what’s underneath and develop more steady, authentic ways of relating to yourself and others.
Therapeutic approach
Our work is collaborative and paced with care. Together, we bring gentle curiosity to the patterns, beliefs, and protective parts of you that were once necessary but may no longer fit who you’re becoming.
Psychodynamic & attachment-based
We explore how past relationships and experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and others today. Understanding these patterns can create relief, clarity, and more choice in the present.
Trauma-informed, not pathologizing
I hold your symptoms in the context of your nervous system, history, and strengths. We move at a pace that feels safe, staying grounded in the present while making space for what has been hard to hold alone.
Mindfulness, curiosity, and emotional language
Together we build your capacity to notice, name, and stay with your inner experience—so you can respond with greater steadiness, self-trust, and compassion.

Services & fees
I serve clients across California via telehealth, and also offer in-person therapy at my Marina del Rey office: 13101 Washington Boulevard, Suite 228, Los Angeles, CA 90066. The space is warm, private, and intentionally designed to support deep, relational work.
Individual therapy for adults (18+)
50-minute sessions focused on the concerns most present for you—whether that’s anxiety, relationship stress, questions about identity, or a desire for deeper self-understanding.
Fees & reduced-fee options
My standard fee is $150 per 50-minute session. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients with financial need. We can discuss your circumstances during a consultation to see what feels sustainable.
Insurance & payment
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Payment is collected at the time of session via card, HSA/FSA card, or bank transfer.
Getting started
I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to help us get a sense of whether we’d be a good fit. You’re welcome to share a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions about my approach.

How I show up in the room
Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and steady. I listen closely for the meanings beneath your words and the patterns that show up over time. I’m interested in your inner world—how you make sense of things, what you long for, and what has felt too tender to say out loud.
My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you don’t have to perform or be “the strong one”—where your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and respect, and where you can begin to feel more grounded in who you are.
